Temporary HR Generalist/Partner (Global) – 6 Months Initially – Reading - Hybrid (3 Office 2 Home) £22.00 to £25.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
This global organisation in the Tech sector is seeking a ‘rock-star’ HR Generalist to support UK and EMEA operations during an exciting and fast-paced phase of transformation. With a collaborative and close-knit HR Operations team, they cultivate a supportive atmosphere where mentorship and professional development are central to their mission. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, energetic HR Generalist looking for that next step and gain global experience.
This is a hands-on HR Generalist role offering broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, benefits, and terminations. You’ll play a vital role in supporting both the UK and EMEA teams, helping to manage day-to-day operations, whilst also getting stuck into wider HR projects during a time of significant internal change.
Duties will include:
- Providing HR generalist support across the UK and occasionally EMEA
- Managing onboarding, offer letters, benefits, contract amendments, and leavers
- Supporting ongoing transformation, immigration processes, and HR project work
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees and line managers
- Helping to document workflows and improve HR processes
- Partnering with the wider UK HR team and HR Director
- Supporting local HR contacts in France, Germany, and UAE when required
- Playing an important role in a wider clean-up and system/process review
You’ll be a proactive and resilient HR professional with experience in fast-paced environments. Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident handling ambiguity, you’re able to juggle competing priorities with a calm and pragmatic approach. Experience in international or EMEA HR support is advantageous but not essential.
