The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience within a UK-regulated environment, alongside strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes. You will be confident managing sensitive situations professionally, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently with experience within a multinational organisation. Experience using HR systems such as Workday would be advantageous.
This is a hands-on HR Generalist position supporting the full employee lifecycle across the UK. Working closely with the Regional HR Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement within a fast-paced international environment.
Duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of positions across the region
- Supporting onboarding, contractual changes, employee records, and offboarding processes
- Advising managers on performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning
- Handling employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases
- Preparing HR documentation relating to investigations, hearings, and formal outcomes
- Assisting with payroll coordination, salary reviews, and benefits administration
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal HR policies
- Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR system data
- Supporting the implementation and improvement of HR processes and procedures
- Providing occasional support across administrative and operational activities when required
- Contributing to regional HR projects and wider business initiatives
