This is a varied and hands-on HR generalist role, supporting the delivery of a comprehensive people service across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a key point of contact for HR advice while contributing to operational HR processes, projects, and compliance.
Duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Providing guidance to managers on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
