You will support its growth and operational efficiency. About the Job: Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this role will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations, reporting, compliance, and forecasting processes. You will be responsible for maintaining financial controls, supporting strategic planning, and leading a small finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information. Duties will include: β Managing monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal requirements β Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, maintaining forecast accuracy within agreed tolerance levels β Improving financial systems, processes, and reporting to support scalability and informed decision-making β Supporting business planning and partnering with stakeholders across departments on financial matters β Providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow and operational efficiency β Overseeing statutory compliance, audit processes, and liaising with external auditors β Managing risk frameworks, corporate governance policies and internal controls β Coordinating contract reviews and legal matters with Group Legal β Ensuring all tax filings and statutory obligations are met efficiently and accurately About the Successful Applicant: You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in a similar Financial Controller or senior finance role. Youβll bring strong IFRS15 knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving systems and controls. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
