About the Job

An immediate opportunity for a highly skilled interim payroll professional to support a complex, manual payroll environment on an interim basis. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and delivery of high-volume weekly payrolls during a critical time of handover, change, and seasonal demand.🌈

Duties will include:

• Managing end-to-end weekly payroll processing for c4000 UK employees
• Taking ownership of a heavily manual payroll process with extensive use of Excel
• Supporting the transition and knowledge transfer from the outgoing payroll lead
• Coordinating closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate updates for starters, leavers, bonuses, benefits, and changes
