An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Executive to join a busy finance team. This role will focus on managing the accounts receivable process, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments and efficient cash flow management.
Duties will include:
- Managing the full accounts receivable cycle from invoicing through to payment collection
- Monitoring customer accounts and carrying out credit control activities
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts accurately
- Supporting month-end reporting and maintaining financial records
- Ensuring invoicing processes comply with internal controls and VAT requirements
- Liaising with customers to resolve account queries and payment issues professionally
