About the Job
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from welcoming visitors to liaising with global teams. This role sits within the HR function and provides support across facilities, finance, IT, and general office operations.
Duties will include:
- Coordinating office maintenance and managing supplies such as stationery and IT accessories
- Supporting HR and Finance with invoice management, employee records, and benefits admin
- Updating employee travel spreadsheets and monitoring bookings
- Working with the IT team in India to troubleshoot issues, arrange equipment, and assist with onboarding tech setup
- Coordinating facilities, including liaising with building management and arranging repairs
- Assisting with UK payroll data (e.g. BUPA, pension contributions)
- Supporting internal communications and helping to arrange events and socials
- Participating in weekly office traditions and communal lunches if you wish
- Ensuring the office remains a friendly and welcoming space for everyone
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll be organised, proactive and capable of taking ownership of a broad range of admin tasks. With experience in a similar office-based role, you’ll be confident working with spreadsheets, handling confidential data, and communicating across all levels. A friendly, down-to-earth manner and strong attention to detail are key.
