About the Role

As a People Business Partner, you will support key functional areas across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams while delivering practical, commercially focused HR support. The business is currently implementing several new people systems and undergoing significant organisational change, making this a varied and impactful opportunity for an experienced HR professional. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve employee engagement, support transformation projects, manage complex ER matters, and help embed modern people practices.

  • Using people data and insights to identify trends and support business decision-making
  • Partnering with leaders to support organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
  • Supporting the delivery of HR projects, including systems implementation and process improvement
  • Providing operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with wider People teams including Talent, Reward, and Learning & Development
  • Coaching and influencing managers to drive best practice people management
  • Contributing towards a positive, high-performing, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Supporting the embedding of new HR processes and ways of working across the business

About the Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR BP with strong UK employment law knowledge and a hands-on, pragmatic approach. You will be confident managing complex ER issues, supporting change programmes, and building strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.
