You’ll support managers and staff across multiple sites with proactive HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and handle absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
The role requires solid employee relations knowledge, with CIPD Level 3 desirable.
