About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and customer‐focused administrator to support the delivery of training and development activities across the organisation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help ensure employees have access to the learning resources, training programmes and development support they need.

  • Managing the Learning & Development inbox and responding to enquiries.
  • Maintaining training records and uploading course information, certifications and learning data onto internal systems.
  • Supporting colleagues in identifying suitable training options that align with business needs and budgets.
  • Coordinating learning activities for new starters, including distributing training materials and joining instructions.
  • Organising training venues, meeting rooms and required equipment.
  • Preparing documentation and resources for learning events and workshops.
  • Coordinating invitations and logistics for induction programmes and other development initiatives.
  • Assisting with the administration and smooth delivery of Learning & Development processes across the organisation.
  • Building effective relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.

About the Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have previous administration or coordination experience; Learning & Development experience is a bonus. You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence using systems and databases, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach are essential.
