About the Successful Applicant
You will bring proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, within FMCG or Consumer Goods sector (food and beverage). A background in leading recruitment teams while remaining handsâon at a senior hiring level is essential. Strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and emotional intelligence will be key to success in this role. They are looking for someone who has previously built a talent acquisition function from the ground up (could have been standâalone or leading a team). Additionally, they are looking for candidates who are in future open to an international posting as this will be a future SLT role.
About the Job
This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition professional to shape and implement the organisation's strategic talent pipeline across multiple business functions. Sitting as a key partner to the HR leadership team, you'll take ownership of proactive talent pooling, longerâterm workforce planning, and seniorâlevel (Exec) recruitment across multiple vertical markets.
Duties will include:
- Designing and delivering functionâspecific talent pipeline strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners
- Providing development of KPI metrics, dashboards for comprehensive analytical data and ROI
- Building longâterm candidate pools to support succession and future hiring needs
- Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and optimise sourcing strategies
- Managing relationships with external partners and evaluating PSL performance and ROI
- Leading on seniorâlevel and businessâcritical hiring, taking a handsâon role in interviewing and assessing candidates
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on market insights, internal capability, and recruitment best practice
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism
- Working closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Partners to align operational and strategic delivery
