About the Successful Applicant

You will bring proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, within FMCG or Consumer Goods sector (food and beverage). A background in leading recruitment teams while remaining hands‐on at a senior hiring level is essential. Strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and emotional intelligence will be key to success in this role. They are looking for someone who has previously built a talent acquisition function from the ground up (could have been stand‐alone or leading a team). Additionally, they are looking for candidates who are in future open to an international posting as this will be a future SLT role.

About the Job

This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition professional to shape and implement the organisation's strategic talent pipeline across multiple business functions. Sitting as a key partner to the HR leadership team, you'll take ownership of proactive talent pooling, longer‐term workforce planning, and senior‐level (Exec) recruitment across multiple vertical markets.

Duties will include:

  • Designing and delivering function‐specific talent pipeline strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners
  • Providing development of KPI metrics, dashboards for comprehensive analytical data and ROI
  • Building long‐term candidate pools to support succession and future hiring needs
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and optimise sourcing strategies
  • Managing relationships with external partners and evaluating PSL performance and ROI
  • Leading on senior‐level and business‐critical hiring, taking a hands‐on role in interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on market insights, internal capability, and recruitment best practice
  • Ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism
  • Working closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Partners to align operational and strategic delivery
