About the Role
This is a hands-on interim position offering the opportunity to make an immediate difference. You'll provide leadership to the payroll team while reviewing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping create a more efficient, well-structured payroll function. - Providing day-to-day leadership for the payroll team.

- Overseeing weekly payroll for approximately 2,700 employees and monthly payroll for around 500 office-based staff.
- Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of the HRIS.
- Identifying areas of risk and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Acting as the go-to payroll expert while helping shape the future structure of the team.
