About the Job
This is a senior, client-facing finance leadership role with responsibility for overseeing financial operations across multiple sensitive service lines. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence while maintaining financial accuracy. The role also plays a pivotal part in driving process improvements, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading and developing a finance team.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing financial records and ensuring accuracy across all ledgers
- Managing reconciliations for client and company-held funds
- Ensuring billing and recharges are completed in line with agreements
- Monitoring and improving financial processes, controls, and compliance
- Reviewing foreign exchange activity to reduce cost exposure
- Building strong relationships with clients and external financial partners
- Supporting pricing proposals and contributing to new business opportunities
- Leading the billing function, ensuring timely and consistent invoicing
- Analysing financial data, including margins and credit notes
- Producing budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports for senior leadership
- Supporting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving system improvements and implementing new financial tools
- Managing, mentoring, and developing finance team members
