We are partnering with a leading engineering and construction organisation near Reading to recruit an experienced Lead Finance Business Partner. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving financial performance and delivering insight across major programmes within a complex and highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders and Executive Directors across the business
- Deliver financial planning, reporting, analysis and governance across major programmes
- Provide commercial insight and constructive challenge to support strategic decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives
- Support business planning, budgeting and long-term financial performance
- Lead and develop finance teams within a matrix environment
Skills Experience
- Significant experience within a senior finance business partnering and leadership role
- Strong budgeting, financial management and reporting experience within large organisations
- Experience working within defence, engineering, manufacturing or regulated environments (essential)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
