About the Job
This interim opportunity is centred on driving transformation across a complex, multi‑country payroll function. You will focus on improving processes, enhancing systems, and delivering a more efficient, streamlined payroll operation. Working closely with HR, payroll, and external providers, you will play a pivotal role in modernising the current set‑up.
- Reviewing/assessing existing global payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
- Leading transformation initiatives to simplify and standardise payroll procedures
- Driving improvements across HRIS, with a focus on optimising SuccessFactors usage or potential to look at a new HRIS
- Reducing reliance on manual processes and spreadsheet‑heavy workflows
- Streamlining interactions with multiple international payroll providers
- Implementing best‑practice controls, governance, and documentation
- Supporting automation and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency
