About the Job:
This is a broad and hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting both strategic and operational initiatives across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver people-focused solutions that align with business goals, supporting everything from organisational design to talent planning and employee relations.
Duties will include:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on people matters
- Leading employee relations and conflict resolution activities
- Supporting workforce planning, compensation reviews, and succession strategies
- Managing UK payroll processes and liaising with external employment partners
- Partnering on recruitment, performance, and talent initiatives
- Driving DEI and L&D programmes across departments
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and HR policies
- Delivering change and communications initiatives effectively
- Analysing HR data to inform continuous improvement
About the Successful Applicant:
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or degree equivalent) with over 5 years\’ experience in HR and at least 2 years at mid-senior level. A background in fast-paced, scale-up or start-up environments is key. You\’ll bring excellent knowledge of UK employment law, strong interpersonal skills, and confidence in using HR systems.
