About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR administration or HR operations, alongside strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience using HR systems (Workday is an advantage), maintaining employee records and producing reports. You will be a confident communicator, capable of handling confidential information, managing multiple priorities and building positive working relationships across the organisation. CIPD Level 3 or working towards or equivalent. If you have worked across multi regions or countries this would also be an advantage.
About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a growing HR team in a fully remote position. This role will play a key part in supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring records, processes and systems remain accurate, compliant and efficient while providing excellent support to managers and employees.
Duties will include:
- Managing HR administration throughout the employee journey, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Maintaining and updating employee information within HR systems.
- Preparing employment-related documentation and processing employee changes.
- Supporting annual HR activities including salary reviews, performance processes and policy updates.
- Producing regular HR reports and providing data insights to stakeholders.
- Assisting with data audits and ensuring employee records remain accurate and compliant.
- Responding to employee and management queries in a professional and confidential manner.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and procedures.
- Assisting with employee engagement activities, feedback tracking and key people metrics.
- Providing administrative support for learning and development platforms and initiatives.
