About the Job This is a varied HR Training Assistant position covering the full employee lifecycle, combining hands-on HR administration and employee relations with responsibility for coordinating and delivering training.
Initially working alongside the existing HR Training Assistant during a thorough handover period, you will then take greater ownership of the role during their maternity leave, reporting into the HR Manager.
Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support across the organisation.
Support managers with first-line employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, absence and performance.
Coordinate onboarding and inductions for new starters.
