About the Successful Applicant You will have previous experience in an HR Business Partner role, within Hospitality or Leisure, alongside strong employment law knowledge and confidence managing complex employee relations cases.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred.
You'll be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills, experience delivering learning and development initiatives, and the ability to build trusted relationships while working in a fast-paced environment.
