HR Operations Training Partner Central London – 3-4 days in the office Β£50,000 About the Client Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing sector.

They have a collaborative and people-focused culture, with a strong emphasis on supporting employee development and building positive working relationships across the business.

About the Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have previous HR Business Partner experience within a commercial environment, strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred.

You'll possess excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills, be highly organised, emotionally intelligent and confident managing complex employee relations matters whilst maintaining discretion and professionalism.

It would be great if you have had experience with Tupe transfers or have gone through an M A process.
