About the Job A varied HR Officer role supporting 4 business units and managers, c300 employees, across the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on recruitment, day-to-day HR operations and full employee life cycle.
Managing recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
Providing practical HR advice to managers and employees.
Supporting low to medium-level employee relations cases.
Attending meetings and producing accurate notes and documentation.
Supporting monthly payroll updates for around 250 employees.
Supporting wider HR activities across the business.
Occasional travel to other UK locations approximately once a month.
About the Successful Applicant You'll have around three to five years' generalist HR experience, with good knowledge of recruitment, low level employee relations and HR administration.
You'll be approachable, organised and comfortable building relationships at all levels.
