You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in multi-site operations, in the Hospitality/Leisure/Retail background. Strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage change and build leadership capability are essential. CIPD qualification or equivalent is expected, with up-to-date knowledge across all HR disciplines including employee relations, L&D, and talent development.
This is a high-profile HR Business Partner role supporting the UK & Ireland operations, working closely with Managers to embed a high-performing and people-driven culture. You will partner across functions to align people plans with commercial goals, champion talent pipelines, and support leadership development across the cinema estate. Reporting to the Head of HR.
- Partnering with area and cinema leaders to drive consistent service standards and employee lifecycle processes
- Managing performance initiatives including objective setting, regular reviews and targeted coaching
- Delivering operational excellence through compliance with HR policies and responsive support to day-to-day issues
- Leading talent development strategies and succession planning for critical cinema management roles
- Collaborating with Group HR on initiatives such as reward programmes, internal communications, and training rollout
- Acting as a trusted advisor on structure, headcount, and capability planning
- Championing employee engagement, recognition schemes and retention initiatives
- Delivering data-driven insight through dashboards, KPIs and continuous improvement plans
