They are looking to welcome an experienced HR Advisor to their close-knit HR team as the business prepares for upcoming changes within the department.

You'll play a key role in delivering proactive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle while providing practical advice on a wide range of people matters.πŸ’― Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.

Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and ensuring best practice is followed.

Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.

Preparing contracts, offer documentation and other HR correspondence.

Coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.

Working alongside Occupational Health where appropriate.

Assisting with recruitment activity during busier periods when required.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple UK sites.

Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.πŸš€ About the Successful Applicant You'll have at least three years' experience in a generalist HR role with good employee relations knowledge and confidence managing a varied caseload.

A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, and further study support could be provided.

You'll be adaptable, approachable and able to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
