A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. As Human Resources Advisor, you will deliver a full HR service, supporting everything from recruitment to employee well-being. This hands-on role will see you working closely with managers and staff alike, while also deputising for the Head of HR when needed. Managing end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes, including compliance checks and induction Advising on employee relations matters and supporting the resolution of issues Preparing payroll information and liaising with Finance on pensions and benefits Coordinating employee life-cycle processes including probation, absence, and annual reviews Maintaining accurate HR data and reporting on key HR metrics Supporting the review and implementation of policies and procedures Supervising HR volunteers and acting as first point of contact for HR queries Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with 3–5 years\’ experience in a generalist HR role. Confidence with Microsoft Office and HR systems is also essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience, with exposure to the full range of HR activity.
