As HR Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation. Duties will include:

  • Supporting ER matters such as attendance, conduct, and performance cases
  • Attending meetings and maintaining accurate, confidential records
  • Guiding managers on policies and ensuring correct procedures are followed
  • Assisting with monthly payroll preparation and processing
  • Coordinating recruitment activity, including agency liaison and interview scheduling
  • Managing onboarding processes, from offer documentation to induction support
  • Handling leaver administration, including exit processes and system updates
  • Maintaining HR systems, employee records, and absence tracking
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing/recognition programmes
  • Assisting with HR reporting, audits, and GDPR compliance

You will have previous experience in an HR admin role, with exposure to employee relations and recruitment. Highly organised and detail-driven, you manage multiple priorities with ease and handle confidential information with professionalism.
