Interim Group Accountant
Oxfordshire (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
£55,000 – 60,000 per annum (pro rata), 6–9 Month FTC

About the Job
This interim role supports the Group Finance Team during a fast-paced period of growth and transformation. A hands-on position, you will play a key part in monthly reporting and the implementation of new reporting and control initiatives, engaging with multiple teams across the organisation.
Duties will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of new reporting and control processes
- Supporting monthly financial reporting and compliance across the group
- Preparing management accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Collaborating with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Supporting acquisition accounting and updates to deferred/contingent consideration
- Assisting with statutory accounts preparation and quarterly lender attestations
- Contributing to accounting for group restructuring and legal entity changes
- Providing general support to the wider Group Finance Team as required

You will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence to challenge constructively.
