We’re seeking a Financial Accountant with expertise in inventory accounting to support a major finance transformation journey. You’ll join a fast-paced, high-performance business that blends glamour, technology, and world-class precision in everything it does.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close for key business areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage inventory accounting along with a range of smaller cost areas.

Reconcile and analyse balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies and enhancing auditability.

Review contracts to ensure correct technical accounting treatment and prepare supporting papers.

Support statutory and cost cap audits through the provision of robust financial data.

Complete UK and overseas VAT returns

Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to develop and optimise the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), with a focus on automation and control.

Contribute to wider finance transformation initiatives, helping to establish best-in-class financial systems and processes.
Candidate Profile

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.

Experience in inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment.
