This is a pivotal leadership position, overseeing financial operations and strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance will drive financial performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business growth. The role will require travel to France 25% of the time.
Duties will include:
- Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to create accurate business plans and forecasts.
- Enhancing financial processes and systems for scalability and compliance.
- Leading financial reporting, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards.
- Managing risk, improving processes, and overseeing company record-keeping.
- Supervising due diligence and leading negotiations with third parties.

About the Successful Applicant
