About the Job
Working as part of a supportive Accounts team, the Finance Assistant will help ensure the accurate and timely management of financial data. You'll be involved in daily financial processes, reporting, and supporting ledger and credit control activities.
Duties will include:
- Handling receipts, payments, and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy in data input
- Assisting with reconciliations, ledgers, and basic journal entries
- Producing internal financial reports when required
- Providing general administrative support to the Accounts function
- Preparing and issuing billing reports for aged debtors
- Contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices and following a structured recovery process
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role. You'll be confident in handling transactional finance tasks, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and bring a proactive, team-oriented approach. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.
