About the Job
A new opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Service team at their head office in Newbury. This varied role involves providing excellent customer support, handling orders and quotations, and supporting the Accounts and Operations teams when needed.

Duties will include:

    Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat
    Offering first-line technical product assistance
    Processing both account and card payment orders
    Creating formal quotations and pricing for customers
    Coordinating product returns in line with warranty policies

About the Successful Applicant
You will have experience working in a customer-facing role and be confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.
