A varied HR Officer role supporting 4 business units and managers, c300 employees, across the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on recruitment, day-to-day HR operations and full employee life cycle.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
- Providing practical HR advice to managers and employees.
- Supporting low to medium-level employee relations cases.
- Supporting wider HR activities across the business.
- Occasional travel to other UK locations approximately once a month.
You'll have around three to five years' generalist HR experience, with good knowledge of recruitment, low level employee relations and HR administration. You'll be approachable, organised and comfortable building relationships at all levels.
Alongside a salary of Β£35,000βΒ£40,000, you'll join a supportive and friendly HR team with plenty of variety in your role. Hybrid working will be available once you're established, with business travel fully expensed and excellent exposure across a multi-site organisation.
