This is a senior-level opportunity within the finance function, focused on managing low-value, high-volume business-to-business debt across multiple accounts. Alongside overseeing day-to-day credit control activity, the successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing and improving existing processes.
Duties will include:
- Managing the collection of high-value B2B debt across a portfolio of key accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries and disputed accounts efficiently
- Working closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve cash collection
- Monitoring aged debt and producing regular reports on ledger performance
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing more efficient ways of working
- Managing and supporting a small team, providing guidance and oversight where required
- Assisting with additional finance-related duties, including reconciliations and reporting tasks
