About the Job

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Fund Accountant to join a well-established fund accounting team. This role is ideally suited to an individual looking to build a long-term career as a fund accountant as you will be working closely with experienced colleagues, supporting the delivery of key accounting and reporting activities while developing your technical knowledge and professional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and maintaining accurate accounting records for a portfolio of fund structures.
  • Performing bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assisting with investor drawdown and distribution processes.
  • Preparing supporting information for tax-related submissions and compliance requirements.
  • Contributing to the production of management accounts and periodic financial reports.
  • Managing workloads effectively to meet agreed deadlines and service standards.

About the Successful Applicant
