AbouttheJob
ReportingtotheDirectorofOperations,youwillprovidehands onHRleadershipduringaperiodoftransition,managing asmallHRteamandensuringahigh-qualityserviceacrosstheorganisation.Dutieswillinclude:
- Leading,coachingandsupportingtheHRteam.
- Advisingmanagersonemployeerelations,absence,conductandperformance.
- EnsuringHRpoliciesandprocessesremaincompliantandeffective.
- Supportingrecruitment,engagementandwellbeinginitiatives.
- UsingHRdatatosupportworkforcedecisions.
- Assistingwithpeopleprojectsandorganisationalchange.
- Supportingtheimplementationofthenewrecruitmentsystem.
- ComingfromaSchoolbackgroundisabonus
AbouttheSuccessfulApplicant
Youwillbeanexperienced,approachableHRManagerwithstrongemployeerelationsandUKemploymentlawknowledge.Previousteamleadershipexperienceisessential,witheducationorpublic-sectorexposureadvantageous.CIPDmembershiporanequivalentHRqualificationwouldalsobebeneficial.
