About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and people-focused HR Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis, providing essential support across recruitment, onboarding and HR compliance. You’ll play an important role in ensuring new employees have a smooth journey into the organisation, coordinating the necessary checks and documentation while working closely with candidates, hiring managers and external contacts.

  • Coordinating pre-employment screening and onboarding for new starters
  • Managing references, right-to-work, DBS and qualification checks
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements
  • Keeping candidates and hiring managers updated throughout onboarding
  • Liaising with external providers to progress checks efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential HR and recruitment records
  • Following up on outstanding documentation and deadlines
  • Providing general HR administration and a professional candidate experience

About the Successful Applicant

You’ll be a highly organised HR Administrator with strong customer service skills and ideally previous exposure to HR or recruitment. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the confidence to manage competing priorities and deadlines. A proactive, collaborative approach is important, alongside discretion when handling confidential information and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
