We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our expanding team. This role is responsible for the management, assurance, coordination, and continuous improvement of Wade’s global Construction Assurance team, ensuring consistent delivery of construction assurance activities across multiple sites and regions.

The Client Service Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing Wade’s global Construction Assurance network, supporting the effective delivery of construction assurance activities across multiple client sites and regions. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day engagement, onboarding, assurance, reporting, and performance oversight of Construction Technical Authorities, ensuring alignment with client standards, engineering governance requirements, and Wade’s operating model.
The successful candidate will work closely with Wade leadership, the Construction Assurance team, client stakeholders, and operational teams to drive consistency, governance, risk visibility, and continuous improvement across the Construction Assurance community.
- Manage and coordinate the global Construction Assurance team across multiple projects and regions
- Hold structured weekly 1:1 meetings with individuals within the Construction Assurance team members to review workload, risks, blockers, and support requirements
- Monitor Construction Assurance performance against agreed expectations, KPIs, and client requirements
- Oversee Construction Assurance gap analysis activities and ensure actions are tracked through to close-out
- Prepare monthly performance and governance reports for Wade leadership and client stakeholders
- Support monthly Construction Assurance community meetings and promote lessons learned and best practice sharing
- Identify and escalate construction assurance, governance, compliance, and EHS risks at an early stage
- Support resource planning, vacancy tracking, and candidate suitability reviews for Construction Assurance appointments
- Promote consistent standards, templates, reporting disciplines, and ways of working across the Construction Assurance network
Strong construction, EHS, or project delivery experience within regulated industries is required, along with excellent organisational, reporting, and action management skills. The ability to identify risks early and drive proactive resolution is essential, as is commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational priorities and governance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting/tracking systems is necessary, as well as experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, GMP, or highly regulated construction environments. A NEBOSH, IOSH, or relevant construction/EHS qualification is preferred, along with experience supporting global or multi-site project delivery environments and knowledge of contractor prequalification, Construction Safety Plans, and assurance frameworks. Previous experience in a client service, assurance, or technical governance role is also beneficial.
