Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's LinkedIn presence, including creating and scheduling posts for both Wade and the CEO.
- Maintain the Wade website.
- Support the creation and distribution of company newsletters both internally and externally.
- Produce and report on monthly analytics and performance metrics.
- Monitor relevant industry organizations (e.g. NEPIC, ISPE) for events and opportunities.
- Organise Wade events and seasonal activities, including organising gifts and charitable donations.
- Support business development activities, including maintaining target lists, assisting with initial outreach, and tracking potential leads.
- Organise monthly team-wide meetings.
- Provide general marketing, design and administrative support, including updating staff email signatures, creating marketing materials and supporting ad hoc tasks as required.
About You
- Essential: Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experience using Canva (or similar design tools) to create marketing content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn in a professional context.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Desirable
- Degree (or working towards) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. ActiveCampaign or similar).
- Basic understanding of email marketing.
- Experience analysing social media or marketing performance data.
