As a key member of a highly regarded HR team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the business supports and develops its people. What you'll do as a Senior HR Advisor:
- Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll work across a wide range of HR initiatives and provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees at locations nationwide.
- You’ll also occasionally travel to other company sites in the UK (around once a month, with overnight stays) to build stronger relationships across the organisation.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the UK - supporting them with both day-to-day HR queries and strategic workforce planning.
- Leading on a variety of ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management) from start to finish.
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends and partner with the business on effective, forward-thinking people solutions.
- Supporting and driving people initiatives such as talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to continuously improve processes and drive best practice.
What you'll need:
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build credibility quickly.
- Solid experience in employee relations and confidence to manage casework.
- Flexibility to travel.
- High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and ability to manage priorities.
- HR experience developed in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
