HR Business Partner
Felixstowe

Shape your HR career with this newly created Business Partner position. Youll work with managers and leaders across the company, and be a key part of planned HR projects designed to support the business growth.
With an experienced Head of HR as your manager, youll get tailored development and support to help you progress even further. Based in the Felixstowe HQ on the beautiful Suffolk coast, youll be an integral part of the team and skilled at building trust and productive working relationships with managers and their teams. On top of that, youll enjoy a strong employee benefits package including private medical cover, that supports you both inside and outside of work.
What you\’ll do
You\’ll provide confident generalist HR support, including coaching and upskilling managers to make informed people decisions, handling employee relations, and supporting recruitment and performance management. Your ideas, expertise and ability to work independently will be valued as part of developing training, policies, and wellbeing initiatives.
What you\’ll need
- CIPD Level 5 (ideally Level 7)
- Strong understanding of generalist HR practices, including ER, performance management, and recruitment
- Ability to work onsite in Felixstowe, with some flexibility
