Step into this newly created and highly visible HR leadership position, with a clear focus on employee relations and leadership of the advisory team. We are working exclusively with our client to swiftly appoint a new Head of People - Operations to an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
As the organisation has grown and developed, so too has the influence and value of the People team, leading to the current Head of HR now focusing on transformation and compliance, and this new role providing professional leadership on complex and high-risk employee relations matters.
In this role you will lead and develop a team of HR advisors, overseeing disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, performance, and conduct processes, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
A coaching mindset, providing constructive challenge to Regional Directors, Area Directors, and managers will be a key part of your influence, as will working closely with the HR Director and with the Head of People Transformation.
