Waddington Brown is partnering with a successful and growing Multi Academy Trust to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner with education experience for an immediate start on a contract running through to mid-August. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, varied, and rewarding role supporting schools across North Essex.

Reporting to the Head of HR Services, you will also lead a team of Advisors and Coordinators, playing a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the Trust.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in education, ideally within a Multi Academy Trust, although experience gained in a Local Authority setting would also be highly valued. As the Trust is currently undergoing restructuring, you will need to be confident managing change and leading a TUPE transfer.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days on site each week and a greater flexibility to work from home during the school holidays. If you are available immediately and have the education-sector experience to make an impact from day one, we would love to hear from you.
