With locations near King’s Lynn in Norfolk, and in North London, you will be working with the teams at both sites.
It is anticipated for the need to be 3 days per week during the first year of the contract and 2 days per week during the second year – although during peak projects times flexibility in this will be appreciated.

The Senior HR Change Consultant will have an holistic approach to HR, bringing clarity, support and improvement to the roles in the business, talent management and retention, embedding of values and behaviours and bring a trusted advisor to the directors on the risks, opportunities, structure and governance of HR.
This is a hands-on role where your experience and strategic capability needs to be matched with the desire to get on the shop floor and really understand the business from the ground up.
