Are you an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner looking for your next challenge? Do you want to be part of something new and exciting in the Cambridge Tech world? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you. Our client was established in 2018 and has been making fantastic progress in developing new networking technology and they need you to help with their growth plan. Reporting to the Head of People and Workspace your role will primarily focus on attracting new talent for business critical and niche roles. In addition, as part of a small HR team there will be the opportunity to work closely with Managers in the business on areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, HR process and continuous improvement, succession planning and performance management. As Senior Talent Partner, your role will include: Lead the talent acquisition strategy across the business. Focusing on both immediate and future hiring requirements in alignment with the wider business strategy Work in partnership with managers on coaching, mentoring, succession planning and employer branding Building strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Having an awareness of when external support is required for specific roles
