FTC 4-6 months (possibly longer) Hybrid, Norwich. Full time / part time hours We are working with our client who is an established name in the professional services sector within East Anglia on their immediate need for an Interim People Services Manager. This is a contract for 4 to 6 months but there is the possibility that it could be extended beyond this. In the role of Interim People Services Manager, you will lead a small team and set out activities to develop best practice as well as lead, coach and develop the team of Advisors. There are a number of projects that need to be developed including implementation of a new HRiS so this is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact in this role. Responsibilities in the role of Interim People Services Manager include: Review job descriptions within the HR function and manage expectations of the HR team accordingly Restructure of the HR team and ensure effective reporting lines are established Review processes and activities for effectiveness. Implement new ways of working where necessary Implementation of the new HRiS and investigate areas of automation that can be implemented throughout the wider business
