The successful candidate will play a key part in our highly regarded Commercial Property team, working alongside partners in the industry who will provide both the support and autonomy to develop your career. The team handles a broad and engaging range of commercial property work, specialising in complex and high-value transactions.
Responsibilities
- A broad range of commercial property work including:
- landlord and tenant;
- acquisitions and disposals – conditional contracts, options agreements, overage agreements;
- secured lending;
- easements;
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum 3 year PQE – applications from solicitors with more experience are also desired.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable and eager to develop expertise in commercial property.
- Excellent organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of client communication.
- Ambitious and forward thinking with a passion for commercial property work.
