An exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor to join Wace Morgan’s Commercial property department. Wace Morgan are known for excellent quality of work and career development, allied to a supportive culture, genuine investment in people and strong commitment to work-life balance.
The successful candidate will play a key part in our highly regarded Commercial Property team, working alongside partners in the industry. The team has an excellent client base and handles a broad and engaging range of commercial property work, specialising in complex and high-value transactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take a key role within our Commercial Property department, working on a broad and high-quality caseload with significant autonomy. The role will include:
- Acting on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, agricultural and secured lending.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising for the firm.
- Taking on supervisory responsibilities and help shape the future of the department.
We are looking for:
- Minimum 8 year PQE – applications from solicitors with more experience are also desired.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable and eager to look at new technology initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of client communication.
- Ambitious and forward thinking with a passion for commercial property work.
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to handle complex matters independently.
- A collaborative and commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider success of the firm.
