This is full-time, permanent position at our office in Welshpool, WA.Promote a high level of standard across health, safety and environmental management and adhere to safe work practices at all times.Be willing to learn and develop as a EHS ProfessionalAssist in the development and deployment of company policies, systems and programs to ensure positive EHS outcomes are reached for staff, clients and contractorsAssist in the provision of EHS training to staff on industry best practice, company requirements, legislative requirementsAssist and report on accident/incident investigations and prevention initiatives and strategiesAssist with project and facility compliance events including audits, inspections, observations and reviews.Providing written and documented KPI reports for projects and facilitiesParticipate in EHS Project and Facility Risk AssessmentsRespond to workplace, project and facility demands with clear and concise methods and a good ability to prioritise demandsBe a team player with a strong work ethic and ability to engage with all workers, in person.Be comfortable in attending construction site-based projects, facility workshops and office environments and have an understanding of the EHS related risks that may occur within.Assist in the management of EHS within projects with team membersMaintains and fosters relationships with current and potential stakeholders, in particular direct workgroups, contractors and subcontractorsWhat do we want to know about you?
