Job DescriptionHow will you make a difference?Drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally through comprehensive regional business strategiesDevelop and execute account plans for main OEMs in energy sector, cultivating relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholdersLead complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure, including technical presentations, negotiations, and forecastingAchieve sales targets by expanding product lines within accounts and identifying new business opportunitiesMaintain deep technical expertise in relays, RTUs, sensors, and related components to translate customer requirements into solutionsConduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunitiesBuild strong, lasting relationships with global teams at key accounts as their primary point of contactProvide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and track KPIs to inform strategic decisionsFind business partners to expand our portfolio with complementary products.What do we want to know about you? EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of technical sales experience and business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.Proven track record of success in devopping business, managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.Experience selling into key accounts is a significant plus.Ability to travel up to 30-40% as required.Specific Knowledge & SkillsStrong technical knowledge of relays, RTUs, sensors, and their applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
