Who will you be working with?

Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Weld department team, working on the 1400-2200 shift (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for tacking and welding metal components as per drawing, checking quality of parts before and after process of welding. Measuring parts before and after weld against drawing, grinding and fettling product using air and electric hand tools. You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Qualifications required

You will be required to pass a Bearward standard welding test. On commencement of employment we will begin to train you to the BS EN ISO 5817 welding standard.
