Who will you be working with?
Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Inspection team, working on the 1400-2200 shift (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for providing support to the business in both new and existing products. Adhering at all times to the Company’s Health and Safety, 2 Minute Warning and Near Miss Reporting policies/procedures, to ensure product is fit for its purpose in accordance with Company Quality Standards; to ensure finished product/component/part is in line with current drawing; assist in all areas in line with business needs following satisfactory training; to process all relevant paperwork in a timely manner; to achieve set targets within section; maintain a high standard of housekeeping; carry out all duties in line with Health & Safety regulations; ensure that all measuring/testing equipment is accurate and/or calibrated.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
